Czech and International Tax Returns

We provide advice on international income taxes in terms of double-tax treaties, international VAT and withholding tax.  We can prepare individual US federal tax returns (forms 1040 + schedules).

About Us

The founder and main consultant Jaromír Stemberg has over 20 years of business experience in CFO positions of Czech and international corporations (Hewlett-Packard, Electrolux, Sodexho Pass).  He possesses deep knowledge of corporate finance, controlling, budgeting, consolidation, reporting, accounting, tax and financial strategy planning.  He graduated from master studies at the City University of New York and doctoral studies at the University of Northern Washington. Beside of business advisor, he is a lector and the chairman of the Business Economy Department at the University of Vysoká Škola Finanční a Správní in Prague.

The other advisors are university-educated professionals experienced in accounting and tax issues.  Administrative support is secured by reliable and experienced bookkeepers.
